Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a luxury brand who is looking to hire a Visual Merchandiser Manager to join their team in Doha. As the Visual Merchandiser Manager you will report to the Head of Buying and lead their team across Qatar to meet budgets through exceptional VM implementation.
You will be responsible for delivering and maintaining exemplary standards of visual merchandising including promotion, recommendations and implementation. You will also train the stores’ staff on brand standards and provide ongoing coaching. In addition, you will be a pivotal part of the brand team, working to implement plans for new store openings and new market entry. You will also assess the visual standards of the store and ensure best practice.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have at least 3 years' retail operations experience including 2 years' in visual merchandising management. You should also have experience in budget planning and control. A qualification in visual merchandising or art and design is advantageous.
