Visual Merchandising Manager

• A fast growing pharmacy chain in Qatar are seeking a creative and commercially minded Visual Merchandising Manager to manage circa 50+ branches located across the country.
• The retail space being occupied by a number of popular beauty products, with this in mind a strong understanding of cosmetics and consumers shopping patterns within beauty is essential.

Requirements

• Creating and overseeing implementation of visual merchandising planogram
• Ensuring uniformity of displays across multiple store locations
• Changing displays to promote new product launches and reflect festive or seasonal themes
• Installing and setting up window displays, counters, and in-store displays, or supervising contractors hired for this purpose
• Creating appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store
• Producing window displays, signs, interior displays, floor plans and special promotions displays
• Sourcing the props, creative materials, and accessories for displays.
• Developing with the help of a designer POS materials (wobblers, shelf-talkers, window display) and ensuring their distribution and installation
• Suggesting digital interactive media to be used in stores
• Proven solid experience as a Visual Merchandiser is essential, with experience in the beauty industry highly desirable.
