Job description / Role
• Technical Support to Product sales, after market and Field teams for VRV troubleshooting
• Keep updated the team for latest technology of product and educate them.
• Project hand over and End user Training, Maintenance team training.
• VRV and BMS control Commissioning and guide the team.
• Answer the Consultant queries and provide Solution.
• Link between OEM (factory) and Local team for tech support about the Product.
• Provide HVAC related Solution to Customer & Generate AMC and Replacement opportunity to support sales team.
• Arrange local resources for the job.
• Manage the VRV team and arrange Schedule date to day basis.
• Request spare part for company and customer stock.
• FSM management & Audit - support.
• Define the scope for work for AMC, Replacement Project etc.
• Cost control, Finalized the price for different services.
• Collection and Invoice to One-time customer or Non-AMC customer.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in troubleshooting & service.
• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Good knowledge in latest technology in HVAC system
• Good team player and should have good communication skills.
