Job description / Role

We are seeking a courteous and energetic Waiter to join our vibrant hospitality team in Doha. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus and provide detailed information on specials and menu items.
- Take accurate orders and communicate them clearly to kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any request or complaint.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the dining area.
- Handle billing and payment transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

- Previous experience as a waiter or in a customer service role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and attentive to guest needs.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good stamina and physical fitness to stand and move for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary:
QAR 1,800 to 2,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Plus accommodation, transportation and food.
