Job description / Role

We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Waitress to join our vibrant hospitality team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests in our establishment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and guide them to their seats.
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and provide recommendations.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Process payments and handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely order delivery.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in a similar waitress or customer service role is preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly, approachable, and attentive to guest needs.
- Good physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
