Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

This role requires attentiveness, the ability to work in a fast paced environment, enjoy working with people and delivering excellent customer service. Waitress greets customers and offers cafe menus, answers questions about menu offerings, processes food and drink orders, carries food and drinks from kitchen to tables.

Requirements

- NVQ qualifications (or equivalent) in Customer Service in Hospitality of Food Preparation will be an advantage
- Be a hard working person with a can do attitude.
- Good level of communication in the English language.
- Committed to providing excellent customer service.
- Be passionate about real wholesome food.
- Professional attitude.
- Calm, patient and polite manner.Ability to work well within a team and also under own initiative.
- Ability to manage workload unsupervised.
- Committed to providing excellent customer care.
- Clear speaking voice.
