Our services are focused on the Finance Function and we work with clients in identifying and tackling their challenges in Growth, Governance and Performance. Our Advisory teams support businesses as they restructure and expand, whether organically or by acquisition. We help them to become more efficient and provide support as they adapt to the challenges posed by a rapidly changing business environment.

The individual will be based within the Management Consulting function which sits in the wider Advisory service line. Your role will be t to understand the business environment and to determine, develop and execute innovative solutions to address work priorities, support staff, make recommendations and suggest solutions to improve business progressions. The individual will work towards identifying scheduling solutions, filling project requirements, and managing the utilization of the resource pool.

Key Responsibilities:
•Represent and/or support individual people in the scheduling process as needed. Understand needs, preferences, skills, etc. and match people to roles or assist in that process.
•Drive and/or participate in decision-making for staffing decision that needs escalation.
•Consider and balance various scheduling principles in making decisions.
•Confirm scheduling assignments.
•Proactively communicate availability of people/skills and push to schedule available resources.
•Ensure accurate scheduling data in scheduling systems.
•Help facilitate alternative resource pool solutions.
•Support project contact in defining, identifying and evaluating candidates for open resource requests; and filling resource requirements.
•Provide feedback and inputs to the management team for improving demand supply effectiveness, processes and policies.
•Accountable to track management metrics, to identify issues and to work with all stakeholders to resolve issues.

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business or related major preferred
•Minimum 5 years above total work experience

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
•Must have relevant industry knowledge (consulting business knowledge preferred)
•Operation support
•Excellent oral and written communication skills
•Excellent MS Excel skills
