Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Works with the Head of Workforce Planning & Recruitment Section to ensure the successful execution of all workforce planning activities.
- Monitors the implementation and execution of approved workforce plans and documents deviations for corrective action. Identifies areas of improvement within the workforce planning processes and activities and recommends changes for improvement.
- Develops projections of manpower requirements with the Head of Workforce Planning & Recruitment Section and the Directors of Departments and Museums in forecasting staffing requirements, and monitoring performance for all Departments and Museums and continually analyzing the manpower history, trends and patterns to meet the department’s requirements which support operational excellence.  
- Tracks and reports on the manpower impact to the business and operational changes such as the impact of hiring and attrition moves linking the overall business objectives and consistently reporting these changes to management.
- Works on end-to-end Workforce Planning processes for implementations, assists with the maintenance and enhancements of various management tools, and provide analytical data support to the QM leadership team.
- Works with relevant stakeholders to refine manpower plans after initial consolidation and analysis ensuring that all requirements are adequately captured and reflected in the plan. 
- Handles manpower related inquiries such as vacancies, employee movements, attrition and budget provisions; escalates to senior management when necessary. 
- Conducts salary/compensation reviews and analysis across the organization. 
- Conducts review and analysis of proposed jobs/roles and proposed organizational charts from departments/museums. 
- Updates the organization chart every month and submits to the Head of Workforce Planning & Recruitment Section. 
- Works in conjunction with the department director to create a job description for all positions and maintain a record in the shareholder. 
- Works with the Head of Workforce Planning & Recruitment Section to align the scholarship student to the business requirements. 
- Provides a weekly/monthly report to the Head of Workforce Planning & Recruitment Section to clarify the number of the transfer, job title change, request and RRF (Recruitment Requisition Form) raised. 
- Updates the information in the system to maintain stability and accurate employee information.
- Ensures to enter new joiner file in the system (SAP and SharePoint) .

Requirements

- Excellent English and Arabic communication skills (speaking and writing).
- Extensive knowledge in manpower analysis and planning, and budgeting.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Human Resources or related field
- Master's Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration
- Certified HR from a recognized HR Association is preferred
- Minimum of 9 years relevant experience in manpower planning. Work experience in GCC is an advantage.
