Job description / Role
Workshop Supervisor - Qatar Aviation Services - Doha
In this role you will be responsible for supervising the Engineering Workshop on a shift basis to achieve the highest level of services and quality to our customers.
Also, you will be responsible for planning workshop tasks to ensure the best utilization of resources and supporting workshop staff in diagnosing faults and give repair instructions. You will identify training needs and help facilitate training.
Further, you will be responsible for ensuring completion of all necessary forms and documents, acting as liaison with other QR Sections regarding daily issues as necessary.
Requirements
To be considered in this role you must have a Trade or Vocational Qualification and be a specialist with a minimum 3 years of job-related experience.
Advanced spoken/written English and working knowledge of MS Office applications are essential requirements of the job.
