Construction Worker

Job description / Role

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Worker to join our dynamic team in Romania. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in various construction tasks, ensuring safety and quality standards on site, and contributing to the successful completion of building projects.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and cleaning of construction sites.
- Operate and maintain construction equipment and tools safely.
- Follow construction plans and blueprints accurately.
- Carry out tasks such as digging, loading, and unloading materials.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet project deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site.
- Report any issues or hazards to the site supervisor promptly.

- Prior experience in construction or related field is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Knowledge of construction safety practices and use of personal protective equipment.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from supervisors.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality workmanship.

Salary:
EUR 800 to 1,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
