Male Operations Manager up to 5k USD ++ for an International Logistics Company in Tobolsk, Russia

• Optimize operational procedures
• Start-up of logistics operation
• Leading a team of 300 people
• Consider Safety requirements and resource Management
• Define SOP (Standard operation procedures)
• Identify improvement opportunities
• Securing and long-term management of profitability
• Implementation , Coordination and Monitoring of start-up phases
• Training of key employees
• Responsible for month P&L and profit of the operation

Requirements

• Open to RUSSIAN-SPEAKING candidates
• Male, 35 y/o and above
• Degree in Industrial Engineering or commercial education with distinctive technical sense
• Minimum 7 years experience in Oil and Gas Industry
• At least 2 years experience in Logistics in the same role
• Will lead a team to operate FFS Bagging machines, Palletizer, Stretcher
• Startup of logistics operation (8 bagging lines, Bulk loading, 45 Silos, WH of 50.000 m2)
• Has strong operational experience of logistics services and running an operation (Bagging lines)
• Can lead a team of 250 people
• Excellent communication skills
• Can join in a month’s notice
• Work location: Tobolsk, Russia

Salary up to 5,000 USD depending on years of experience and qualifications plus accommodation and company car.
