Golf Course Superintendent (5 Star Private Island Luxury Resort) in Caribbean

• Strong leadership skills / oversee local team of 20 including: Green Keepers, Irrigation Technicians, Mechanics (for golf carts and golf machinery), Admin and inventory controller
• Responsible for golf course operation and maintenance: turf grass/plant material maintenance programs, property/asset management, personnel management, budget/forecasting, financial management, guest relations, scheduling/ maintenance or irrigation systems, pesticide applications/recordings and compliance of regulatory issues

Salary:
USD 4,000 to 4,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: accom, transport, meals, visa, medical insurance, annual flight

Requirements

• Nationality open
• Single / Bachelor status
• Bachelor Degree in Agronomy, Golf Course Management
• Member of GCSAA
• 8 years’ experience in Golf Course / Landscaping for luxury hotels/resorts
• Management level experience leading a team
