Contract Management

Comprises a 5 day interactive workshop covering tendering, interpreting and understanding a contract, the responsibilities, roles and obligations of the parties and the requirements for successful management of contracts including claims, variations, extensions of time, negotiation techniques, reporting and tools used to control the contract.
