Internal Quality Audit

This workshop combines an understanding of auditing techniques and methods with an interpretation of the ISO 9001 Quality System Standard. A combination of seminar, role playing and live audit exercises gives participants a full understanding of the internal quality audit process.

This course is ideally suited for Quality Managers and other employees who have a responsibility for conducting internal audits and possess a rudimentary understanding of the ISO 9001 standard and it\'s revisions in 2008.
