Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Handling and monitoring all Zain E- Business Applications: Zain Portal, Selfcare, Corporate,Business Speed, Paymnet applcation, onlineshop,intranet,mobile applcation, Live chat, Zendesk and Zecare
• Build, schedule and monitor jobs to ensure service delivery.
• Troubleshooting and fixing technical problems and incidents.
• Coordinating with other technical departments to implement the Marketing Product Specification Solution
• Providing periodical reports for sales operations and revenue on self-care, Corporate
• Deploy new release and fixes
• Testing and ensure it fulfill customer requirement
• Built tools for reports and KPIs to improve E- Business performance
• Handling Daily Operation Tasks such as customer Issue or system Health check
• Creating SOP’s.
• Agree SLA and meet it with customer.
• Testing and ensure it fulfill customer requirement.
• Handling all technical issues and customer support requests from initiation through to closure
• Managing Zain online-shop, provide daily and monthly report about online sales performance.
• Managing and maintaining Self-care Portal provide daily and monthly report about revenue
• Managing and maintaining Corporate Portal provide daily and monthly report about revenue
• Provide Marketing/business with Ad-hoc/on demand reports
• Follow Process of deployment to Production
• Manage relationships and agreements with contractors, suppliers and partners
• Create automated report
• Managing and maintaining Zain mobile App provide daily and monthly report about revenue
• Dealing with vendors in operational level.

Requirements

• Managing and Support E- Business team to run the operation"
• Support for Solaris OS Installations and Upgradation of online servers from 2.6 to 5.8
• Solaris servers OS Hardening.
• Installation of NIS Master and Slave server, and managing with 700+ UNIX user environment.
• Installation and Support for VERITAS HA/RAC Cluster in Telecom environment.
• Supporting VERITAS Volume manager and Sun Volume managers.
• VERITAS Enterprise Netbackup Support like Installation, Upgradation & migration
• Administration of SAN Switch, Sun Servers and Sun Storages.
• Maintain and Support Sun Libraries and Tape Devices
• Migrating and consolidating application on Solaris 8 SUN SPARC Hardware to Fujitsu SPARC Hardware with Solaris 10 and implementing Zones.
• Project hand over and Training.
• Provide technical assistance and support for oracle databases, SCO-UnixWare, Linux and Novell Netware.
