What we are looking for?

SSH are looking for a 3D Visualiser to join our offices located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, where we provide front-end design leadership for the wider group.

Our portfolio of live projects includes cultural, healthcare, hospitality and retail projects across the Middle East and North Africa.

We are looking for individuals with exceptional design skills and a passion for working towards excellence in design delivery. You will work as part of the wider engineering teams based in Kuwait, Dubai and Cape Town.

What will my responsibilities look like in this role?

To emphasise and enhance the conceptual design for visual / AR / VR / animation presentations, for within SSH and for Client and competition purposes.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, and executes projects with regular interaction with senior members, discipline leads, and technical directors.
• Enact on the instructions from the Senior level to provide presentable visual design for client presentations.
• Responsible for adhering to file structure standards.
• Coordinate with architect discipline areas on project to assure continuity and consistency of design.
• Demonstrates sound understanding of other disciplines.
• Effectively confers across other discipline areas within division to coordinate work and discuss and resolve matters when applicable.
• To lead a team in detailing requirements to be completed in collaborative works.
• Demonstrates mentoring capability.
• Keep up to date with new technologies and how these can improve presenting techniques.

Requirements

What do I need to apply?

• Ability to interpret progressing design, written comment, and mood descriptions into visual designs.
• Coordinate with other disciplines and consultants on project to assure continuity and consistency of documentation.
• Able to work to tight deadlines, and work on multiple projects.
• Demonstrates sound understanding of other disciplines.
• Effectively confers across other discipline areas within division.
• Demonstrates mentoring capability.
