About the Institution

Kinetic is working with a growing institution that is hiring an Academic Services Coordinator to be based in Riyadh.

Main Responsibilities

• First point of contact for students addressing concerns and providing support services.
• Organize and coordinate the schedule of classes, exams, and all training activities.
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, training schedules, and students' documents in the system.
• Collaborate with trainers to address student needs and facilitate adjustments to learning approaches when necessary.
• Perform a variety of administrative responsibilities.
• Generate reports to the Line Manager.

Qualifications

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Saudi nationals are encouraged to apply for this position.
• Bachelor's degree. An MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in student recruitment or admissions within the education industry. Higher training institute experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of Learning Management System (LMS) and Student Information System (SIS) is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
