Account Coordinator

Job description / Role

The Account Coordinator role is a great opportunity to leverage your business development skills working with a growing base of restaurants to help them get activated onto our platform and supporting the backend systems to do so.
- Drive expansion of new partners through optimizing processes for activating restaurant
- Being in touch with key Accounts and truly focus on building trust to allow a seamless onboarding experience
- Seek for and achieve restaurant industry deep understanding to bring true value to conversations with Key Accounts
- Clearly understand and communicate the values to Key Accounts.
- Achieve and consistently exceed monthly goals
- Act as an ambassador of Eats mission, brand, and product

Requirements

- Required strong fluency in English
- Required to be currently based in Saudi Arabia
- Proven track record in account management or in a client-facing role, and the willingness to learn. Ideally, we are looking for 1+ year’s experience
- Ability to think strategically and analyze restaurant needs to both unlock opportunities and creatively problem-solve
- Ability to coach and motivate partners through challenges and opportunities
- Demonstrate time management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize based on impact
- High energy- take ownership of growth and delight our restaurant partners
- Experience in the restaurant or hospitality space a plus
- Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, Google Presentations, and Salesforce a plus
