Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To ensure Company services are complying with the customer’s contract terms and quality requirements.
• Deputize & represents Company in customer meetings. Take minutes and to ensure any actions for Company are completed in a timely manner.
• Lead all the projects related to the assigned account.
• Develop a balance score card and ensure company targets where agreed.
• Communicate customers’ requirements, changes, dissatisfaction, or other related information which has impact on the services delivered and/or jeopardizes customer’s service contract, to the Continuous Improvement & Solution Manager.
• Manage the SLA and ensure all rate increases are agreed and implemented in conjunction with Finance.
• Working with Company’s operations to improve the service quality and thus customer’s satisfaction.
• Review & update SLA / SOP's and the quality processes to capture business needs within the organizational vision.
• End to end VAS process to be agreed and costed and managed with the Ops Team.
• Help and manage and participate in the marketing strategy for the department and Company.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
• Develop further business opportunities and work streams that generate revenue.
• Attend and manage workshops related to your customers and ensure that the BDM software is actioned promptly to capture opportunities.
• Manage the marketing strategy with your customers issues addressed and where possible to help them with their strategy within the Saudi Market which ultimately generates revenue for Company.
• Work with the appointed marketing company to help manage our strategy going forward that also hits your customers hot spots.
• Work with the ops teams to improve what we do so it meets our customers’ expectations moving forward.
• Manage his accounts so revenue streams can be identified and to use whatever resources internal or external to move his accounts forward with the latest thinking / operational excellence, so we are being proactive.
• Liaise closely with the senior management team to ensure no revenue is lost and to challenge his customers where appropriate.
• Managing customer’s visits to WH’s and ensure that they are managed whilst on our premises.
• Coordinating audit requirements between his customers and warehouse personal.
• Lead required analysis & projects as per his clients / business needs.

Requirements

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Effective use of the English language. Recognized Logistics qualifications

EXPERIENCED REQUIRED
• Min 2 years in customer service & logistic fields.
• Min 2 years in warehousing and transportation operations.
• Knowledge of principles and methods for moving goods by air, rail, sea, or road, including the relative costs and benefits.
• Arabic Nationals Required/Preferably Saudi Nationals.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
• Microsoft Office suite or similar (mainly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), emails (e.g. Outlook).
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
• Strong analytical skills
