Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Own the strategic customer relationship.
- Ensure customer success, by developing programs that increase customer engagement, drive key metrics, and ensure growth and renewal.
- Work with the marketing team to ensure that the clients get the required visibility.
- Build an in-depth understanding of the client’s business, engage and suggest the right solution or product to improve their business through my client.
- Work with the clients to maximize the number of practitioners from the onboarded facility.
- Serve as primary point of escalation when client issues arise, troubleshoot, and ensuring quick resolution.
- Upgrade the clients to the superior level of profile/ product, from the one they current are subscribed.
- Develop and execute on account plans and reviews with management; Share best practices with other teams.
- Provide quantitative/qualitative analysis to internal / external stakeholders for the managed accounts.
- Monitor and understand reasons for churn and take required action to minimize it.

Requirements

- Experience of 2 – 5 years in enterprise/ B2B account or relationship management.
- Entrepreneurial drive and comfort working in ambiguous, quickly-changing environments.
- Proven track record in driving results for the customers of the organization.
- Substantial experience in account management and business development would be an added advantage.
- A person who is articulate, organized, detail-oriented, tech savvy and has the ability to multi-task.
- Absolute comfort with travelling within the city and meeting customers as required.
- Proven analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills shown by ability to collaborate, understand, and empathize with others.
- Knowledge and experience in business process of a SAAS company will be preferred.
