An exciting opportunity has arisen! JATO is seeking an Account Manager to join the sales team based in KSA.

As an Account Manager you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with existing customers and prospects with a view to delivering sustainable revenue growth and achievement against target. It is essential, you deliver a best-in-class customer experience whilst achieving and exceeding sales and profitability targets.

As an Account Manager you will manage designated accounts with a focus on:

- Increasing sales
- Increasing retention and value of current business
- Increasing customer satisfaction
- To develop a detailed understanding of JATO and its competitors to aid development of future policies and business plans
- Actively recognise and take ownership of resolving customer issues

Ideally, we are seeking an Account Manager that has a proven track record of selling to senior stakeholders within a B2B environment. Additionally, be solution focused with the ability to understand client needs and goals and provide solutions and services that meet their needs.

Experience and knowledge of the KSA/ Middle East Automotive market is preferred.

Responsibilities

- Build a solid understanding of JATO’s solutions and the culture required to succeed in the space of Value Selling with personal responsibility to deliver the budgeted Revenue to JATO through owned accounts
- Penetrate, understand, and develop client relationships on a consistent basis, while uncovering growth opportunities through JATO-provided leads and self-prospecting
- Work with Lead Generation and pre-Sales consultants to drive necessary activity to book (where relevant), new Business Meetings, develops networks of relationships and contacts across allocated accounts in order to generate internal referrals, book New Business Meetings with the aim of closing more pilots in new areas of the account
- Build, manage and communicate agreed Business Development Plans for allocated accounts to deliver the required revenue targets, manage expectations and gain the right level of commitment from the rest of JATO and client departments (be the Champion)
- Sell core business, strategic data offerings and solutions to automotive industry clients in the retail or digital space – digital marketers, DMS providers, online auto retail, consumer automotive search portals, automotive dealer BPO
- Manage sales pipeline within the company’s CRM system for existing customers and new business development opportunities, lead generation, forecasting and development prospects
- Identify and create marketing awareness to a broad automotive industry audience, and subsequently, opportunities of JATO’s products and services and solutions

Requirements

- Solid consultative sales experience with proven, measurable success on new and existing business, in a Data, Software or SaaS environment
- Automotive industry experience - digital marketing, dealer management systems, online auto retail, consumer automotive search portals, automotive dealer BPO
- Must clearly demonstrate understanding the difference between a value-add solution and a commodity sales approach, with a clear understanding of a “value proposition”
- A clear and demonstrable understanding of the OEM/NSC and Retail Automotive landscape
- Sound knowledge of the car and light commercial markets and a clear understanding of vehicle specifications and sales volumes terminology are advantageous
- Clearly demonstrable New Business sales and Account Management skills are essential
- A dedication to the provision of top-level customer service/relationship management
- Highly effective interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Proficient with MS Packages
- Must have an office space as this is a home-based position
