Account Manager

Job description / Role

Kinetic is working with a leading chemical distributor company who are hiring an account manager to be based in KSA.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Developing and executing strategic sales, marketing, and pricing plans, budgets, forecasts, and objectives in agreement with the management.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet and exceed assigned targets.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status related to assigned products.
• Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by consistently converting leads into accounts.
• Provide technical support to customers when required.
• Visit accounts on a regular basis.
• Liaise with the suppliers on technical and purchasing matters.
• Present market feedback and sales/development reports to the management.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Only candidates currently based in KSA will be considered.
• University degree in chemistry or chemical engineering.
• Minimum 7 - 10 years of sales experience within the chemicals industry.
• Practical knowledge of marketing plans and strategies.
• Strong negotiation abilities and a customer-centric approach.
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
