Accountant

Job description / Role

We are looking for an ambitious Accountant to provide support to our client in Riyadh-KSA (A Leading Audio-Video System Integrator) by handling their day to day accounting activities.

The Ideal candidate should be well versed in accounting principles and able to work comfortably with numbers with attention to details.

Responsibilities:
• Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
• Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
• Update account payable and perform reconciliations
• Prepare invoices, Debit and Credit notes to be dispatched to clients
• Monitor bank account and follow up on the payments, deposits, …etc.
• Process balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
• Assist in reviewing expenses, payroll records…etc. as assigned
• Update financial data to ensure the accuracy and immediate availability of Data
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
• Assist with other accounting projects

Requirements

Requirements:
• Proven experience of as an accountant in KSA
• Excellent organizing ability
• Attention to details
• Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
• BSc/BA in accounting, finance or relevant field
• Currently present in KSA
