Job description / Role
Managing all accounting activities and processes.
Aligning and updating policies and procedures.

1 Preparation of weekly cash flow presentation.
2 Preparing ExCom pack and group commentary on performance, revenue, and profits.
3 Review monthly/quarterly actuals, delivering meaningful variance analysis and review commentary across all divisions.
4 Preparing the long-term financial business plan.
5 Developing annual business plan and monthly budget.
6 Formulating the business forecast of the group.
7 Tracking the project update and pipeline reports.
8 Analysing time line - current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses, working capital management and capital expenditures.
9 Prepare division and consolidated plausibility of funded and unfunded financing.
10 Participate in cross-functional efforts with FM's and Treasury to improve reporting, planning, and analysis capabilities.
11 Preparing regular and ad-hoc analysis, reporting and presentations for the board and senior leadership
12 Gauging the group overall financial health, primarily by using key financial ratios such as the debt to equity ratio, current ratio, interest coverage ratio, cash conversion cycle etc.
13 Undertaking any additional responsibilities as assigned
14 All reports power points and reporting systems like BI.
