Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Handling Accounts of the company
- Generating management reports (timesheets reports, receivables, cost analysis, etc.)
- Issuing invoices and handling collections
- Keeping track of proposals and assisting the team in administration of the same
- Team and office support (such as Coordination with HR team for HR matters, IT for any technical matters)
- Administration of the office (supplies, coordinating with maintenance when required, coordinating with cleaning companies, and all other coordination related to office)
- Coordinating with governmental authorities and banks
- Coordinating with all other MMJS locations for any administrative matters
- Reconciliation of Amounts Payable and Amount receivables
- Maintain weekly / monthly Cash flow reports
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- Contribute to the effective coordination and management of the accounting function; ensuring all financial processes, systems, and policies are established and adhered to as well as identifying and arresting revenue leakage areas
- Identify, Recommend, And Reports Improvement/Continuous improvement Opportunities For Processes And Controls
- Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed

Requirements

- Good proficiency in English language (reading, writing and communication)
- Good accounting technical knowledge
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in financial operations or accounts management.
- Knowing how to work on ERP systems (specifically Zoho accounts)
- Being to manage financial transaction on several angles
- Well presented - high level knowledge about HR and other administrative matters
- Under graduation, majored in accountancy or commerce
