Employment: Full Time

Financial Management:
• Oversee financial transactions related to CSR programs and social financing activities.
• Prepare, monitor, and manage budgets for CSR initiatives, ensuring alignment with approved plans.
• Track funding disbursements, grants, and donations to ensure proper utilization and compliance.
Reporting and Documentation:
• Maintain detailed financial records for all CSR projects, including invoices, receipts, and expenditure reports.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review and audits.
• Ensure transparency in fund usage by preparing reports for stakeholders, including donors and regulatory authorities.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
• Collaborate with the CSR team to develop budgets for upcoming initiatives.
• Provide financial forecasts and analyze variances to ensure projects remain within budget.
Compliance and Audit:
• Ensure compliance with local financial regulations, company policies, and CSR objectives.
• Support internal and external audits by providing accurate financial data and records.
Coordination and Collaboration:
• Work closely with the CSR project team to ensure timely financial support for initiatives.
• Coordinate with external vendors, service providers, and beneficiaries to process payments and financial documentation.
• Assist in the evaluation of funding proposals and assess their financial feasibility.
Process Improvement:
• Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve reporting accuracy.
• Implement best practices for financial management within the CSR department.

Requirements:

Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Experience:
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with exposure to CSR, social financing, or non-profit financial management preferred.

Skills:
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar systems) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate financial information effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
