Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and yearly reconciliations of accounts, ensuring discrepancies are investigated and resolved.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses to guide business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations by staying up-to-date on changes in financial reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with auditors during audits and assist in the preparation of audit documentation.
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure integrity of financial transactions.
• Provide support to management on various financial initiatives and projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• CPA certification or progress towards certification is a plus.
