Accountant

Job description / Role

• Prepare and maintain various expense documents for branch-related expenditures.
• Review supporting documents and evidences, ensuring accuracy before submission into SAP software.
• Verify business trip expenses submitted by the Sales team and arrange timely payments.
• Support the Head of Office with preparation and management of business trip expenses and other financial matters.
• Prepare quarterly VAT reports and submit them to designated accounting authorities.
• Manage monthly employee attendance records and submit them to the company system.
• Maintain and update branch asset records.
• Handle payroll submission and online updates through the bank system.
• Manage overall branch administration and operational expenses, including petty cash.
• Coordinate with the branch PRO for all branch-related requirements.
• Support CHQ/RHQ in regular audit-related activities.
• Maintain records of branch social/welfare expenses and provide support for IT-related matters.
• Prepare and submit monthly bank status reports, budgeting, and monthly financial closing.
• Conduct month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly and financial records are reconciled.
• Oversee and manage all aspects of financial accounting, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Manage and reconcile bank statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Company regulations

• Holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, providing a solid foundation in accounting principles.
• Work experience in Korean company set up is preferred.
• Possesses a minimum of 6 years of experience in accounting job.
• Proficiency in using SAP accounting software
• Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Excel, essential for financial analysis and reporting.
• Exhibits a proactive and results-oriented approach, driving continuous improvement in financial processes.
• Bilingual (English & Arabic)

Salary:
SAR 8,000 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
