Accountant

Job description / Role

1.Assist in daily accounting operations, including data entry and bookkeeping in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
2.Prepare and process invoices, payment vouchers, receipts and supporting documents; maintain proper filing and documentation.
3.Support bank reconciliation and follow up on discrepancies with relevant parties.
4.Assist with accounts payable/receivable tracking and routine expense verification.
5.Support tax-related documentation preparation as required (e.g., VAT supporting files) under supervision.
6.Maintain organized accounting records (soft & hard copies) and ensure documents are complete, accurate and retrievable.

1. 1–2 years of relevant experience is preferred; entry-level candidates will also be considered.
2. Bachelor’s degree (or Diploma) in Accounting, Finance or related discipline is preferred.
3. Basic knowledge of accounting principles; willing to learn and take guidance from senior team members.
4. Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with accounting systems is a plus.
5. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle document filing and record-keeping accurately.
6. Good communication skills; Fluent in English;
7. Arabic or Chinese is preferred
