Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Accountant - Healthcare / KSA

- Daily revenue reconciliation
- Review the unearned revenue report from Scheduler and identify if there is any discrepancy.
- Follow up on Outstanding debtors on a weekly basis and inform the Clinic manager on the details.
- Prepare purchase order based on the approved purchase requisitions requested from departments and send to the vendors/suppliers
- Prepare cheque / online payments on a weekly basis.
- Handle day to day Accounting entries and update the ERP on daily basis.
- Prepare Monthly Bank Reconciliation for by 5th of subsequent month.
- Custodian of Petty cash and update the petty cash expenses sheet on a weekly basis and submit for FM. Clinic Petty cash to be coordinate with the Clinic Manager and submit the petty cash expenses sheet on a weekly basis to the FM.
- Prepare Monthly intercompany reconciliations end of each of month.
- Month-end accrual entries to be prepared and submitted for Approval from FM and once approved to post the entries in ERP
- Prepare the Fixed Asset register and update on monthly basis for and Perform on a yearly basis on Fixed Asst tagging and verification.
- Responsible for completion and maintenance of general ledgers and Reconciles balance sheet accounts monthly.
- Daily fund position to be updated as per the agreed format to the FM on each day morning.
- Assist the FM and Head of Finance on monthly MIS reporting.
- Prepare or assist any Ad-hoc reports requested by the Management

Salary:
SAR 4,000 to 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

Qualification:
Finance related degree from recognized university and any part or fully qualified in ACCA/CA/CMA/CIMA

Experience:
Minimum 4 years’ experience in Finance and accounting, an advantage with the Health care experience.

Nationality:
Any Arab speaking
