Job Responsibility:

• Accountable for managing the accounts payable process.
• Ensuring the timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices.
• Scrutinizing the invoice and ensuring that it adheres to all internal policies and procedures.
• Reviewing invoice details; if incomplete, contact the relevant person or vendor to get and track revised invoices.
• Reconcile books with the vendor's statement of account and inter-company entities.
• Review the monthly aging and ensure that all long outstanding items are addressed.
• Work directly with vendors to ensure invoices have been received, approved, and actioned.
• Preparing certain expense schedules related to statutory audit.
• Filing of accounts payable related documents as and when required.
• Invoice collection from suppliers.
• Ad-hoc requirements.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent.
• SOCPA Certificate or Membership.
• Relevant experience in accounts payable.
