Job Purpose

Provides financial/accounting analytical and technical support to staff or line accounting departments and stakeholder organizations to resolve complex accounting issues. Develop, recommend, and implement changes to accounting policies, procedures, processes and systems. Prepare financial forecasts, reports and other analyses. May occasionally be requested to lead the work of less-experienced Analysts in order to complete assigned projects.

Prepares confidential & technical financial reports and forecasts on cash receipts & disbursements,corporate income,operating and capital plans & expenditures,manpower budgets,investments,the consolidated financial position and prepares tax and transfer pricing calculations.Reviews Affiliates related cash calls and provides support to proponents during the set-up and design of funding procedur

DUTY2 / effort % (015)
Actively influence the project team to ensure all financial, accounting, economic and commercial perspectives are considered appropriately. Provide advisory support on deal agreements, governance/structuring, risks/opportunities and potential mitigations, closing items and coordinate issues with other departments to obtain input from the respective
subject matter experts.

DUTY3 / effort % (015)
Performs complex operational accounting duties: e.g. calculating account entries, reconciling, analysing changes in account balances and unit costs, determining proper account costing. Calculates and records corporate income and
withholding taxes,VAT, transfer pricing compliance, provides global tax oversight and required filing for Saudi Aramco, its joint ventures and subsidiaries.

DUTY4 / effort % (010)
Analyses the financial feasibility and impact of proposed financial transactions such as hydrocarbon production, sales and purchases, as well as employee and vendor disbursements in accordance with company policy and guidelines.

Address current issues involving accounting and financial reporting and tax compliance.

DUTY6 / effort % (010)
Analyses and provides recommendations on the feasibility of accounting information system proposals to process transactions and related reports. Determines if a proposal meets user information requirements and conforms to accounting policy. Develops and implements internal control framework and ensure that all material risks have
adequate controls in place.

DUTY7 / effort % (015)
May occasionally provide ad hoc financial expertise to support subsidiaries, joint ventures, or SAG-sponsored entities. Performs analysis, makes recommendations, and prepares letters of response to ad hoc requests involving Contract and
Procurement issues on Procurement/Contract and Project Funding matters.

Performs financial modelling, investment/divestiture analysis, asset valuations and financial due diligence and entity setup activities.
