Job description / Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team in the oil and gas industry. The successful candidate will provide crucial administrative support to ensure the smooth running of operations in our Riyadh, Saudi Arabia office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate administrative processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail, in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members and executives.
- Coordinate office supply inventory, ordering, and restocking to ensure adequate levels are maintained.
- Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, preferably within the oil and gas industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic languages is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related field is a plus.
