Admin cum Accounts Executive

Job Summary:
This role involves overseeing local logistics, visa processing, customs clearance, and maintaining accurate financial records using accounting software. The Admin cum Accounts Executive will support the business in administrative and financial tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Job Responsibilities:
• Handle visa processing and staff-related documentation.
• Coordinate local logistics and customs clearance for goods.
• Maintain financial records using Tally/SAP or ERP systems.
• Process local purchases and manage vendor relationships.
• Prepare financial reports and manage petty cash.
• Assist with payroll processing and reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and KSA regulations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5-6 years of relevant experience.
• Mandatory KSA Driving License.
• Proficiency in accounting software (SAP/ERP preferred).
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Must have experience liaising with government offices in KSA.
• Indian male candidates are required.

Salary:
SAR 5,000 to 5,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
