Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Manage the daily operation of office space, environment, equipment and facilities, and administrative affairs, and take responsibility for the service results on site;
- Follow up on relevant matters related to office leasing, decoration, relocation, etc., to ensure the space needs of the business;
- Manage suppliers on a daily basis and conduct regular evaluation and assessment to improve the quality of on-site operations;
- Be responsible for the annual budget formulation, budget adjustment, daily administrative expense reporting, and analyze expenses to put forward effective measures to reduce costs;
- Maintain good and effective communication with business departments and external units (such as government, owners, and large property management companies);
- Handle various temporary and unexpected problems flexibly and efficiently.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 5 years of working experience;
- Good communication and coordination skills, well organized, and Problem solving capability; Frugality
- Caring people, very good service awareness and try to give support, able to respond to the needs of internal customers quickly.
- Passionate about work, proactive and positive, meticulous, responsible, and dedicated

Salary:
SAR 10,000 to 50,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
