Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Advertising Manager to lead our advertising efforts in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative advertising strategies that resonate with our target audience, enhance brand visibility, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the advertising landscape, strong leadership skills, and a passion for creativity. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver impactful campaigns that align with our business objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive advertising strategies that align with company goals and market trends.
- Manage the advertising budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
- Oversee the creation and execution of advertising campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, television, and outdoor.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to inform advertising strategies and campaign development.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling advertising content that captures the brand’s voice and engages target audiences.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure advertising initiatives support overall business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Build and maintain relationships with media agencies, vendors, and other external partners to enhance advertising reach and effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors to keep the advertising strategies relevant and competitive.
- Lead and mentor a team of advertising professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in advertising management or a related role, with a proven track record of successful campaign development and execution.
- Strong understanding of various advertising channels, including digital marketing, social media, print media, and broadcast.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficient in advertising tools and software, as well as analytics platforms to track and measure campaign performance.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovative advertising and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a significant advantage.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience in managing and developing a team.

Salary:
SAR 10,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Housing allowance, Transportation allowance, Medical Insurance, 30 calendar days paid annual vacation with return air ticket annually
