About the Opportunity:
Join a dynamic, remote-first engineering team that’s reshaping industries through advanced AI, machine learning, and data-driven product development. As the team grows, you’ll have the chance to relocate to Saudi Arabia and work onsite with some of the region’s brightest minds.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models into production environments, focusing on NLP, recommendation systems, generative AI, and classification models.
- Integrate AI capabilities into mobile and web applications using Python, JavaScript, Node.js, and TypeScript.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance, scalable, and secure AI-powered features.
- Demonstrate proven AI capabilities with production experience in areas such as image recognition, large language models (LLMs), recommendation engines, and voice AI.
- Build and maintain robust data pipelines, model training, fine-tuning, and evaluation processes.
- Deploy AI models in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and work with APIs for seamless integration.

What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years in AI/ML development, with a strong portfolio of shipped AI features.
- Proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript; strong understanding of algorithms, complex data structures, and database design.
- Hands-on experience with leading ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, data architecture, and deploying AI at scale.
- Strong problem-solving skills, a passion for clean code, and the ability to work in fast-paced, agile teams.
