AI Product Manager (Technical)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced AI product manager with a solid technical foundation to lead AI product strategy, execution, and rapid prototyping. In this role, you will work across product, engineering, and business teams to define vision, deliver impactful AI-driven solutions, and quickly craft proof of concepts (POCs) to validate ideas.

This position requires a native Arabic speaker who can navigate both technical and business discussions fluently, manage diverse tasks, and adapt to high-paced, high-impact environments.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-driven products and features.
• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and designers to deliver scalable AI solutions.
• Rapidly build and iterate quick POCs to validate ideas before full-scale development.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and product plans.
• Manage product lifecycle — from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
• Work closely with stakeholders to align AI initiatives with business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with ethical AI guidelines, transparency, and data privacy standards.
• Act as the bridge between Arabic-speaking clients and technical teams for clarity and precision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or related field.
• Native Arabic speaker with excellent English proficiency.
• 3+ years in product management, preferably in AI, ML, or data-driven products.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML workflows, model evaluation, and deployment.
• Proven ability to deliver quick technical prototypes (e.g., using Python, APIs, cloud AI services).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments.

Preferred qualifications

• Hands-on experience with LLMs, generative AI, computer vision, or speech-to-text solutions.
• Familiarity with tools such as OpenAI, Groq, Hugging Face, Azure Cognitive Services, or MLFlow.
• Preferred: ability to leverage AI tools to rapidly build working prototypes.
• Background in UX for AI or human-in-the-loop systems.
• Experience in B2B and B2C AI product delivery.
• Prior startup or high-growth company experience.
