Description
Qiddiya Investment Company is embarking on a transformative journey within the realm of entertainment and culture in Saudi Arabia, and we are searching for a dedicated analyst for project coordination within our commercial office. This role will support various commercial initiatives and ensure seamless project execution through effective coordination and stakeholder management.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, coordination, execution, and monitoring of commercial projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
- Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure consistency and clarity in project objectives.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reporting tools to keep track of projects across Commercial Office BU.
- Support the organization of meetings, workshops, and presentations, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared and distributed in a timely manner.
- Monitor project risks and issues, escalating concerns as needed to ensure timely resolutions.
- Maintain an organized repository of project information and documentation for easy access and review.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in project coordination or support, or executive assistant.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to generate clear and actionable reports.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- A proactive attitude, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
