Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a highly motivated analyst - strategy oversight to join our dynamic team. This role will be instrumental in providing analytical support to the organization’s strategic initiatives. You will work closely with various departments to monitor, evaluate, and enhance the effectiveness of our strategy implementation, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya's long-term vision.

Key responsibilities

• Support the strategic planning process by analyzing data and performance metrics.
• Track and report on the progress of strategic initiatives and projects.
• Compile and present analytical reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with teams across the organization to gather insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Conduct market research to benchmark industry trends and best practices in strategy execution.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in the strategic oversight function.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, strategy, economics, or a related discipline.
• 1-2 years of experience in strategy analysis, business strategy, or similar fields.
