Analytics Manager

Our client a major institution within the banking sector, has mandated Gulf Connexions to assist them exclusively with their search for a Data and Analytics Manager. Reporting to the Head of Finance the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering performance insight and advice in order to drives outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Determining, implementing and deploying new analytics practices and procedures.
• Develop analytical tools to optimize and improve decision making.
• Ensure a high degree of data quality and accuracy in all results and reporting.
• Reporting forecasting and insights including modelling support to the business.
• Developing financial models and business cases for various projects.

Requirements

Requirements:

• CA/CPA/CFA Qualified is a prerequisite.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant business discipline is highly regarded.
• 5 years + experience working within a finance and accounting environment preferably within a banking institution.
• Strong technical accounting background.
• Detailed knowledge of modelling.
• Display initiative with a demonstrated ability to manage time and priorities.
• Demonstrated team player with excellent organization, planning and interpersonal skills.
