API Operation Specialist

Job description / Role

• Handling the API integration and other product development projects, cooperate with Biz., R&D, and Q&A teams, and ensure the development, testing and go-live process is completed as expected.
• Work closely with the tech team and client to maintain optimum levels of communication for the effective and efficient completion of Integration.
• Understand business strategies, make parallel development plans based on business goals and strategies. Consistently managed client needs through the Integration system resulting in business growth and client satisfaction.

• 2-3 years of experience in production/sales/project management, familiarity with experience in product R& D project management is a plus.
• Good communication skills, able to communicate with PM, RD, and business teams to reach consensus.
• Good execution and cooperativity ensure project can complete on time.
• Fluent in English communication, priority understanding Arabic
