Application Deployment Engineer

Job description / Role

Your role:
Amaris is currently expanding its software development team in Riyadh and is looking for an experienced Application Deployment Engineer.

Responsibilities:
• Support administrative task for proper functioning of the applications
• Deploying Java Applications
• Write Shell scripting to automate the process and make sure the system smoothens
• Perform needed support activities for the applications using VMware
• Be able to do troubleshooting on desktop related issues
• Check the status of linkage testing and data related issues from host side

Requirements

Your profile:
• Minimum 5 years of experience as system administration
• Expertise in Red Hat Linux command line interface and writing Shell scripting.
• Fluency in English and Arabic languages.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering
• Expertise in Linux administration, installation and configuration
• Expert in Tomcat or Apache
• Expert in Linux Administration
• Good expertise in VMware
