Job description / Role
Objectives: We are looking for a competent Application Support (Oracle Application Developer) to provide functional and technical assistance to application users.
Main responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical / functional support over the phone or email
- Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
- Develop, debug, test and promote high-quality applications into production environments
- Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
- Record events and problems and their resolution in logs
- Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures
- Application Configuration Management
- Apply database changes as per defined process
- Reporting to: Manager Application Development
- Number required: 1
- Probation: 90 Days
Requirements
University Qualifications:
- BS/MCS/MS in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent
Nature and length of previous experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Application Development and Support.
- Other certifications obtained: Professional certification such as OCP
Specialist knowledge:
- Proven experience as a Applications help desk or other customer support role
- Development Experience in Oracle Forms and Reports 11g and above or any other Oracle application development tool
- Document Problem Tracking Document
- Experience in Oracle SQL/PLSQL.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Gender Preference: Male
- Nationality Preference: Saudi
- Language Fluency: English , Arabic
