Description

As part of our ongoing recruitment process, we are building a CV pool for future opportunities in the Aquarabia Water Theme Park at Qiddiya City.

Key responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of all operational and attraction specific documents and workflows, as they relate to the day-to-day operation of the park.
• Responsible for the overall safety of all guests and colleagues within and while visiting Qiddiya Water Theme Park, with a commitment to zero drownings and the loss of life due to drowning.
• Responsible for guest safety and satisfaction in line with aquatic risk management, Qiddiya core values and mission statement, local and international standards and requirements, guest satisfaction key performance indicators, and guest feedback and experiences.
• Respond to and assist in any medical emergency within the scope of certification and training.
• Assist guests with any lost party or separation from children as well as lost property.
• Participation in various public relations and marketing activities to promote Qiddiya Water Theme Park.
• Representative of Qiddiya Water Theme Park during internal and external audits as they relate to the water theme park overall operation and aquatic operation.
• Work alongside support departments such as finance, maintenance, health and safety, procurement, human resources, information technology to ensure operational, colleague, and guest requirements are met.
• Work scheduled shifts on holidays, weekends, and non-operational hours as required by management and the Qiddiya Water Theme Park operation deems, including before and after-hours trainings, meetings, events, and any other functions deemed necessary by management.
• To swim and meet the basic requirements of an ITLP Lifeguard / Instructor License at all times.
• To be on your feet for prolonged periods of time.
• To access ride platforms multiple times during a day.
• To carry out physical attraction inspections (climbing of stairs, walking inside waterslide flumes, swimming and diving to inspect pool floors and drains, etc.).
• To perform all water related, slide related, and attraction related rescue techniques as well as first aid care.
• To work in different environmental conditions (rain, cold, heat, sand, wind, etc.).
• 20/20 vision or corrective lenses (including sunglasses).
• Ensure that the water theme park is fun for guests, colleagues, and oneself.

Requirements

Prior experience in the water theme park sector, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
