Job description / Role
With offices in the financial district of Riyadh, this new Saudi entity is part of larger investment group with offices in the DIFC in Dubai. Now fully operational in Riyadh and directed by the local CEO, there is a requirement for an Arabic Office Manager to ensure that business operations run smoothly.
This is a very diverse role as it includes being fully operational in all areas of the business. No day will be the same as the role will support with tasks including collating reports, presentations, correspondence, selecting suppliers, budget monitoring, ensuring housekeeping standards are of a very high caliber, and managing occasional travel and client meetings for the CEO.
Taking responsibility for the implementation of policies and procedures and overseeing all facilities to ensure the business operates efficiently, you will be a highly proactive and motivated Office Manager. As the team grows both at a senior and junior level, you will ensure that all staff are onboarded efficiently, integrated well into the team, and provided with all the necessary equipment to do their job well. Compliance with local Saudi regulations in terms of licenses, insurance, and local HR labour laws, you should be aware of such procedures and ensure all deadlines are monitored regularly.
Working in this boutique investment firm, it is a new Office Management position and therefore you have the opportunity to take full ownership and really make an impact on the business from day one. You will also strive for continuous improvement and efficiencies to allow the senior team to remain focused on client and business development.
Requirements:
It is expected that you are well presented, articulate and able to communicate with all levels of seniority. Successful candidates will have Arabic fluency and excellent English language skills. Ideally you will bring 3-5 years’ experience in a similar Office Manager position from within the professional service sector.
