We are currently looking for a driven and detail-oriented Senior Business Analyst to join a fast-growing financial technology and digital banking environment in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for owning and driving product implementations related to digital lending and banking platforms, acting as the bridge between clients, product teams, and technology teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption of fintech solutions.
This opportunity is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in Digital Lending, Core Banking systems, fintech platforms, and credit-driven workflows. The successful candidate will play a critical role in implementing lending solutions, supporting financial institutions, and ensuring the seamless deployment of banking technology platforms.
The position is based in Saudi Arabia and will involve working closely with banks, fintech companies, and financial services organizations across the region.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop a strong understanding of digital lending products and fintech solutions and gain in-depth knowledge of the organization’s lending platforms.
• Lead requirement gathering sessions with clients and internal stakeholders, translating business needs into structured documentation such as:
• Business Solution Documents (BSDs)
• Functional specifications
• User stories
• Test cases
• Process workflows
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, customers, and internal technology teams to ensure successful implementation of fintech platforms.
• Work closely with technology teams, developers, and solution architects to ensure proper knowledge transfer and alignment on implementation plans.
• Serve as the single point of contact for customers during the product implementation lifecycle, managing deliverables, timelines, and expectations.
• Support the implementation of digital lending platforms, loan origination systems (LOS), and loan management systems (LMS).
• Coordinate and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, including:
• Preparing UAT scenarios and documentation
• Supporting end-users during testing
• Ensuring successful validation of solutions before go-live
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, risk, credit, compliance, and operations to ensure successful delivery.
• Support system integrations, fintech platform deployments, and banking technology implementations.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives within digital banking and lending operations.
• Ensure successful platform adoption by business users and financial institutions.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
• Proven hands-on experience as a Business Analyst within banking, fintech, or digital financial services environments.
• Strong experience in Digital Lending platforms.
• Experience working with Core Banking systems or banking platforms.
• Exposure to Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and/or Loan Management Systems (LMS) implementations.
• Experience working on financial technology implementation projects.
• Solid understanding of credit workflows, lending lifecycle, financial calculations, and risk-driven processes.
• Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications and technical documentation.
• Experience working in integration-heavy fintech environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to coordinate across business, product, and technology teams.
• Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience in banking, financial services, or fintech projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Banking, Engineering, or a related field.
• Candidates without relevant fintech, digital lending, or banking technology implementation experience will not be considered.
