Our newest opportunity is for a talented Architect to join our Design Division, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This position will be responsible for facilitating the coordination of the architectural and engineering services on various projects and assisting Senior / Project Architects with the project coordination in all stages; from concept design through to contract documentation.

Responsibilities

We envisage success in this role to include:

- Assisting Project Architect in coordination and review of development of architectural and engineering construction drawings.
- Assisting Project Architect with client and project coordination.
- Providing solutions to resolve design issues.
- Preparing documentation for analysis and review for specific issues.
- Providing management update and reports.
- Responsible for generating architectural drawings utilizing AutoCAD, Revit or other Software.
- Using own judgment and analysis.
- Providing technical solutions to resolve design issues.
- Compiling data and perform computations.
- Assisting Project Architect in report preparation.
- Providing project data as requested by the Project Architect or Project Manager (i.e. area schedules, building heights, number of stories, etc.).
- Preparing physical/visual survey documentation.
- Coordinating technical and administrative activities with employees in other disciplines and other departments participating on an assigned project.

Requirements

Qualifications

- To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date has a minimum of 6 years' work experience partnered with a Bachelor of Architecture.
- We are seeking professionals with working knowledge of design, production, construction techniques and standards. Adding to this, great communication skills are critical to be able to work directly with clients, exceeding their expectations and building client relations.
