Architectural Engineer

Job description / Role

1.Architectural Design Management & Coordination
• Lead and manage all architectural design activities for bidding and ongoing projects; ensure alignment with client requirements, local regulations, and corporate technical standards.

2.Design Review & Technical Compliance
• Review and approve architectural drawings, specifications, material submittals, and shop drawings submitted by consultants and contractors.

3.Authority Submission & Approval Support
• Prepare and submit architectural documentation required for municipal approvals (Baladiya), Civil Defense, and other regulatory bodies; follow up until permit issuance.

4.BIM & Digital Workflow Integration
• Oversee use of BIM tools (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD) for clash detection, quantity take-off, and 4D/5D simulation; promote digital collaboration across disciplines

1.Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a recognized university. Master's degree or professional certification is preferred.
2.Language Skills: Fluent in spoken and written English
3.Experience: Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in architectural design and management, preferably in large-scale infrastructure, commercial complexes, stadiums.
