Architectural Inspector

Job description / Role

• Looking for an Architectural Inspector to be based in Riyadh with a well reputed architectural and engineering consultancy firm in Saudi .
• Roles and Responsibilities :
• Check that the construction adheres to local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
• Monitor construction processes to confirm structural integrity, proper installation, and finishing.

• Must have experience in quality control.
• Experience in various projects like residential building ,high end projects.
• Minimum 10 years of experience.
• Act as a bridge between architects, engineers, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
• Must have Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Good communication skill.
